4. Cancellation Fees: There are no cancellation fees for orders cancelled within the specified cancellation period. However, if an order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible, and you may be responsible for any applicable shipping charges.

  • If the product received is damaged, defective, (proof by photographic image requird) or not as described.
  • If the product does not arrive within the estimated delivery time frame.
  • If the wrong item was shipped due to an error on our part
